- Hotel parking space is not well thought out; it's easy to get blocked in case you're waiting for someone in the front desk, the path to the secondary parking area is one-way, and the parking space in front of the cafe lacks space such that it is hard to maneuver around. - Registration has an absurdly stupid process; front desk doesn't handle it, instead you have to go to the cafe and get it done there, which has plenty of paper forms. - Checking in took an extra 40 minutes of waiting time, even when we arrived 2 hours prior to check-in schedule. - Checking out took more than 20 minutes. The staff in charge of it was quite inattentive, having this "mamaya na" approach to every client coming through. After having notified her of our intent to check out, she told us to wait, went to an adjacent room, had a chitchat with the other staff for about 15 minutes. After that time, she went back to the cafe's front desk, and after seeing me still waiting in the lobby, rushed to call housekeeping to check on our room. Very unprofessional and underserving of the position. - For a business that's been established since 1985, they badly need to invest in basic technology and a more efficient, professional, and tech-literate service crew.

The area was beautiful. The pools, restaurants, rooms, and amenities were all amazing. The animal statues around the property do need to cleaned but were still nice. The service was a 10/10. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A place most definitely worth coming back to. The restaurant at the entrance of the resort is a must! The breakfast and lunch were amazing! The bakery in the lobby is a must as well! I would recommend getting the chocolate cake!
